Denver McClure founded Apollo Advising in 2023 to give rental property owners something he wished he had when he started: an independent person to check the numbers and talk through the decision, paid for time rather than for a transaction.
Before real estate, Denver served in the United States Marine Corps. He built his own rental portfolio in Texas one property at a time, using house hacking, an ADU conversion, and short-term, medium-term, and long-term rental strategies. Along the way he made the same decisions his clients bring to him now: whether to buy, how to run a property, when to refinance, and when to sell.
How sessions work
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call. If a session makes sense, you book an hour, or a three-hour block if the decision needs research or written analysis. You set the agenda. Denver brings the numbers, the tradeoffs, and the questions to take to your CPA, attorney, and lender. All decisions and implementation stay with you.
Other roles
Denver also holds ownership interests in a registered investment adviser, a loan consulting firm, and a roofing company, and refers clients to independent partners for insurance, tax planning, and 1031 exchanges.
