About Apollo Advising

Apollo RE Advising LLC, doing business as Apollo Advising, is a real estate and business consulting firm. Clients pay for time, research, and analysis on decisions about real property and their business operations. All decisions and implementation remain the client's.

What we are not

Apollo Advising is not a law firm, accounting firm, registered investment adviser, insurance agency, mortgage broker, or lender, and it does not act as a client's real estate broker, property manager, escrow agent, or qualified intermediary.

No investment, tax, legal, insurance, or lending advice

Nothing on this website or provided by Apollo Advising is legal advice, tax advice, investment advice or a recommendation regarding any security, insurance advice or the solicitation of any insurance product, or an offer, commitment, or recommendation of credit. Apollo Advising does not advise on securities of any kind, including Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), REITs, tenant-in-common interests, private placements, and syndications.

Affiliated firms and compensation

Denver McClure holds ownership interests in Nashional Independent Investment Management LLC (a registered investment adviser), Fiduciary Financing LLC, and Christian Brothers Roofing, and holds licensed positions in investment advice and insurance. Apollo Advising also refers clients to independent firms in which Denver holds no ownership interest, including Nashional Independent Insurance Agency LLC, Nashional Tax Planning, Above & Below 1031, and Ownwell. Denver is not compensated for referrals to Above & Below 1031. The Ownwell link is a partner referral page, and a referral fee may be paid to an affiliate. Apollo Advising is a separate legal entity and does not act on behalf of any of these firms or in any licensed capacity. Their services require a separate agreement, disclosures, and fees. Clients are never obligated to use them, and Denver McClure or an affiliate may be compensated if they use an affiliated firm. Investment advice is offered only through Nashional Independent Investment Management LLC. Insurance products are offered only through Nashional Independent Insurance Agency LLC. Apollo Advising's principal also invests in real estate for his own account, including in markets and property types discussed with clients.
