What we collect

When you book a call or session, request a property analysis, or download a free worksheet, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to share about your property. Bookings and payments are processed by Wix, which handles card details directly; Apollo Advising never sees or stores your full card number. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect basic technical data such as pages visited and browser type.

How we use it

To schedule and hold sessions, prepare analysis you request, send confirmations and invoices, deliver free resources you request, answer your questions, and improve the website. If you opt in, we send occasional emails about rental property decisions; every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business, such as Wix for scheduling, payments, and hosting, and video or phone providers for sessions. If you ask to be referred to an affiliated firm, we share only what you approve. We may disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to denver@apolloadvising.com. Residents of some states have additional rights under state law, and we honor those requests.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
